Friends with benefits is an international festival of dance, choreography and performance taking place in Brussels over a weekend in February 2016.
The title of the festival « Friends with Benefits » stands as a state of affairs: the ambivalent relation between individuals bound with multiple ties. The festival is an opportunity to reflect on the social relations and artistic kinship that underlie all artistic production: collaborations, affinities, friendships, alliances, exchanges, services…
Conceived as a entanglement of relations, exchanges and affinities, the festival presents a group of artists from different fields and practices, constituting a temporary collectiveness.
